After Receiving Your Eggs

Please check your eggs within 24 hours after receiving them.

If there is any broken egg, kindly take a clear photo and contact us. We will assist based on the number of affected eggs.

No video is required. A clear photo is enough for our record.

Storage Guide

Refrigerated Storage

Once received, we recommend storing the eggs in the refrigerator.

When properly refrigerated, eggs can stay fresh for at least 1 month from the laid-on date.

Room Temperature Storage

If kept at room temperature, eggs can usually last around 2 weeks from the laid-on date.

Please store them in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.

Natural Egg Notice

Eggs are natural food items. Shell colour, yolk colour, shell thickness and egg size may vary slightly. This is normal.

Newborn Eggs are naturally smaller than regular NFE eggs.

As long as the egg has no bad smell or signs of spoilage, it is generally still suitable for consumption, although freshness may slowly reduce over time.
