What we collect when you buy eggs from us, why we need it, and who else sees it. This notice is given under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

1. Who is responsible for your data

SUCCESS NATURAL FARMHOUSE RESOURCES SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202401030161 (1576010-X)), 7, Jalan Beladau 11, Taman Puteri Wangsa, 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor, Malaysia, is the data user responsible for the personal data described here.

2. What we collect

When you place an order we collect:

• Your name — so the courier knows who to deliver to.
• Your mobile number — how we reach you about payment and delivery, and how the courier reaches you.
• Your delivery address — where the eggs go.
• Your email address — optional, and only if you give it to us.
• Your order details — what you bought, what it cost, and its delivery status.

We do not collect or store your card or bank details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and those details go to them, never through us.

3. Why we need it

To take, pack, deliver and account for your order; to contact you about it; to handle any problem with it; and to keep the business records the law requires us to keep. Providing this information is necessary — without it we cannot deliver eggs to you.

4. Who else sees it

We share the minimum necessary, with:

• The courier you choose (DHL eCommerce, Pos Laju or City-Link Express) — your name, phone number and address are printed on the waybill so they can deliver the parcel.
• Our WhatsApp messaging provider — your phone number, so we can send you delivery notifications.
• Our payment provider — so that your payment can be processed and matched to your order.
• Government authorities — only where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as you are a customer, and after that for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records. Order records are kept because we may need to answer a question about a past delivery, and because the law requires it.

6. Keeping it safe

Your data is held in access-controlled systems. Only staff who need it to do their job can see it. The site is served over an encrypted connection.

7. Cookies and what your browser stores

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. What it does store, in your own browser, is:

• Your basket — the products and quantities you have added, so it survives a refresh. It stays on your device and is only sent to us when you check out.
• Your language and display preferences.

Clearing your browser data removes all of it.

8. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may:

• ask what personal data we hold about you, and for a copy of it;
• ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose;
• withdraw your consent to us contacting you, other than about an order in progress.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page, and the date at the top will tell you when the wording last changed.
