What if an egg arrives broken?

We replace it. One broken, one replaced — that has been our promise since 2021.

Open the box and check within 24 hours of delivery. If you find broken eggs, send us a photo on WhatsApp with your order number. A photo is enough; we do not ask for a video.

We count the eggs that are actually broken — one that has egg on it but is not cracked is not a broken egg. The replacement covers the eggs themselves, not the delivery charge.

The 24-hour window is not us being difficult: after a day there is no way to tell whether a break happened in transit or in the kitchen.
