Where we deliver, how long it takes, same-day cut-offs, tracking
We post throughout West Malaysia, from our farm in Johor. We do not currently deliver to Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan.
Orders are normally despatched within one to two working days of being confirmed, and take one to three working days to arrive after that. Long weekends, public holidays, festive sales and order peaks can add a day.
Every box that goes out was laid the same day or the day before, with the Laid-On date on the label.
The cut-offs are DHL eCommerce 12:00 noon, Pos Malaysia 12:00 noon, and City-Link 5:00pm on weekdays or 12:00 noon on Saturdays.
After the cut-off your order goes out the next working day.
These are despatch times, not delivery promises — once the parcel is with the courier, delivery still runs to the usual one to three working days.
The 200 and 300 packs ship on a next-day guaranteed service across the usual West Malaysia areas. (Remote places that need a boat or a plane are outside our posting range to begin with.)
If it does not arrive the next day, we issue you an RM20 voucher to use on your next order.
The guarantee belongs to those two packs only — the 20 to 160 packs go on ordinary courier services, and we will never promise next-day on those.
Delivery is worked out from the total weight of your order and the state it is going to. The exact amount is shown at checkout, before you place the order and before you pay anything.
At checkout we list every courier that will carry your order to your address with its own price, so you pick. Right now that is DHL eCommerce, Pos Laju and City-Link Express.
The 200 and 300 packs already include delivery in the price. Counter collection and Johor Bahru van delivery are free.
We send you the tracking number on WhatsApp the moment the courier collects your parcel, and message you again when it is delivered.
You can also check it yourself any time on our tracking page.
If your order is still being packed there is nothing to track yet — that is normal, and we will message you as soon as it moves.

Every pack from 20 to 160 has its own shockproof carton, sized for it. Inside, the eggs sit in 10-egg boxes with dividers and protective foam to cut down the knocks in transit. (Posted orders are 10-egg boxes only — the 30-egg trays are for our own van.)
So a 20 is two boxes of ten, a 40 is four, and so on up.
It took six months to arrive at a box that survives a courier hub, which is the part of this nobody sees.
